Many BOURBON subsidiaries have been granted ISO 9001 certification - Version 2000: this standard covers the legal framework governing relations between the customer and supplier with a view to ensuring control over the provision of services contracted.
An action plan has been established with a view to ensuring that all BOURBON subsidiaries will be ISO-certified by 2008.
