On July, 4, 2005, BOURBON stocks were selected by the Euronext Paris Index Steering Committee for the SBF 120 index which comprises 120 most actively traded, liquid, large-cap stocks on the French stock market.
This decision will be effective as from September 1, 2005 trading.
Listed in the B compartment for the SBF250 on the Euronext Eurolist, BOURBON has a workforce of 2,584 and posted turnover in 2004 of €493 million. Since 2 February 2004, BOURBON has been classified by Euronext in the ‘Oil Services’ sector.
