27 June 2005 : Jaccar informed BOURBON that the company purchased 985 ,114 Bourbon shares today.
Jaccar’s participation in Bourbon increased from 20.01 % to a 24.01 % share of the capital, with an increase from 20.02 % to 24.02 % of voting rights.
Listed in the B compartment for the Mid 100’s on the Euronext Eurolist, BOURBON has for his Marine Services activities a workforce of 2,584 and posted turnover in 2004 of €493 million. Since 2 February 2004, BOURBON has been classified by Euronext in the ‘Oil Services’ sector.
