BOURBON in France and worldwide

Present on all seas of the world and operating in over 28 countries with a managed fleet of over 335 operating vessels, BOURBON has acquired strong and sustainable positions, especially on the West African coast and in the North Sea. BOURBON also occupies a historic position in France with Les Abeilles. Gaining new markets is based on sustained organic growth and a strategy of local partnerships.

Ongoing development

The development of new establishments and the extension of local partnerships reflect the Group’s policy of ongoing expansion in strategic regions where its clients are based. The creation of new subsidiaries, Bourbon Offshore Asia, Bourbon Marine Services Manila, Bourbon China and Bourbon Offshore India in Asia, Bourbon Marine Services Ukraine at Odessa, and the acquisition of the company DNT Offshore in Italy, demonstrate the Group’s determination to provide a locally based response to meet its clients’ expectations and exacting requirements in terms of technical expertise and security, throughout the world.

Europe

BOURBON’s headquarters are in Paris but the Group also has bases in France at Marseilles and Le Havre, and historically it has operated on the French coast through Les Abeilles. Bourbon Offshore is also present in the North Sea through its subsidiary Bourbon Offshore Norway, based in Norway.

Asia

The Group is focusing its development in this region. BOURBON has operations in Singapore, Hong Kong, Indonesia and China to support the rapid growth of the market in Asia.

Africa

BOURBON has acquired strong positions on the African coast through its offshore oil and gas marine services activity and is continuing to expand by working with local partners in Angola and Nigeria.

Americas

In order to be present in this strategic region for offshore oil and gas marine services, BOURBON has forged a partnership with Delba Maritima in Brazil. Bourbon Offshore also operates off the coast of Mexico through its subsidiary Naviera Bourbon Tamaulipas.
