BOURBON comes 3rd in the Boursoscan Prize for Financial Communication

On 21 November 2008, the website www.bourbon-online.comcame Third in the Boursoscan Prize for Financial Communication, awarded by Boursorama, the first stock information website in France and by the specialized research company Opinionway.

The 2008 edition of the survey took place from September 15 to November 6. More than 7300 individual shareholders participated in this study. Through a rigorous methodology, they were able to visit all the websites of the listed companies that were studied. In total, 78 websites were selected for the study out of nearly 250 visited.

BOURBON ranked second for the Boursoscan Small and Mid Caps Grand Prize

BOURSORAMA, the leader in online financial information in France, and its partner OpinionWay, a consulting firm specializing in individual shareholder behavior, have been conducting for seven years a national study on the Internet sites of publicly traded companies: Boursoscan.

For the 2007 competition, nearly 250 sites of traded companies were rated by 6,340 Internet users. The 7th edition of the Boursoscan Grand Prizes rated BOURBON second for the Small and Mid Caps Grand Prize.

BOURBON wins the 2007 AGEFI Grand Prize for Corporate Governance

BOURBON remporte le Grand Prix AGEFI du Gouvernement d’Entreprise 2007Recognized last year in the Mid-Cap category for its governance efforts, this year BOURBON has been awarded the AGEFI Grand Prize for Corporate Governance for its commitment to progress by the Steering Committee set up by Agéfi.

The Grand Prize for Corporate Governance is intended to recognize the companies of the SBF 120 with the best corporate governance practices

BOURBON in second place for the "Board Members" Prize

BOURBON has also placed second for the "Board Members" Prize, which highlights the openness and diversity of the Board of Directors, currently composed of nine members, including two women, four non-French members, and four members considered to be independent under the criteria defined by the MEDEF report.
