2012 Combined Annual Shareholders' Meeting
The Combined Annual Shareholders’ Meeting of BOURBON will take place on June 1st, 2012, in Eurosites Georges V – 28, Avenue Georges V – 75008 Paris at 03:30 pm.
The Board of Directors will propose to the Combined Annual Shareholders’ Meeting on June 1st, 2012, payment of a dividend of €0.82 per share, the same as the dividend paid in 2011.
As of stock market trading on June 5, 2012, the BOURBON share will be quoted ex-dividend.
The dividend will be paid on June 8, 2012.
The deadline for ownership of shares allowing to benefit from the distribution of a dividend is June 4, 2012, at stock market closure.
