June 9, 2010 Combined Annual and Special Shareholders’ Meeting and decision by the Board of Directors

The BOURBON Combined Annual and Special Shareholders’ Meeting was held today at the Cité de l’Architecture et du Patrimoine in Paris. It was chaired by Jacques de Chateauvieux.

All the resolutions submitted for a vote were approved, in particular: :

• Distribution of a dividend of €0.90 per share
  Given the allotment of one bonus share for ten shares held in 2009, this dividend represents a 10% increase. It will be paid out on June 16, 2010.
• Ratification of the co-opting of Agnès Pannier-Runacher as Director
  Agnès Pannier-Runacher was co-opted by the August 24, 2009 meeting of the Board of Directors to replace Dominique Senequier, resigning Director, to the remaining term of office, or until 2012.
• Renewal of the terms of office of Jacques de Chateauvieux and Lan Vo Thi Huyen
  Their terms of office were renewed for a period of three years.

At the June 9, 2010 meeting of the BOURBON Board of Directors held after the Annual Meeting, the positions of the members of the Group’s Executive Committee were renewed :

• Jacques de Chateauvieux, as Chairman & Chief Executive Officer,
• Christian Lefèvre, as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer,
• Laurent Renard, as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
