Upstream, BOURBON identifies and evaluates the risks of products used in the course of its activities in order to provide employees with clear and transparent information. - Provide a work environment that complies with the highest standards of health and is free from substance abuse
BOURBON has a zero tolerance policy for the consumption of alcohol and drugs in the workplace. Anyone involved in an accident is automatically screened. - Have a prevention policy on work-related illnesses in particular countries
