BOURBON has set a goal of social cohesiveness in a highly global decentralized group.
Promoting Diversity
This was one of the priority policies defined by BOURBON in 2008.
A diversity board has been established. Made up of men and woman representative of the group's cultural diversity, it plays an advisory role with the Executive Committee. It meets twice a year and proposes measures in support of diversity.
In addition, specific measures are taken to educate, inform and train the BOURBON managerial staff in multicultural management, like the intercultural management training module used as a guide by the group's managers.
