Groupe Bourbon included in the Next 150 market index Groupe Bourbon meets the criteria of capital structure and liquidity required by the Next 150 market index and will be included as of July 1st 2002.
Groupe Bourbon's market capitalization is currently in the region of 500 M euros.
Stock liquidity has improved greatly over recent months, notably since the private placement representing 14.5% of capital (see release dated April 25th 2002).
The allotment, on the 21st of this month, of one bonus share for 11 already held also helped favor liquidity. Following this operation, Groupe Bourbon capital is now composed of 6 663 828 shares.
